sooo, most of us have learned that this site can fuckk with your emotions, so here's some advice about ways to be happy, i know it can be hard, but you just gotta try, you can do it. ♥
O1. just smile - smiling is proven to make you happier.
O2. be honest with people about how you feel towards them.
O3. delete the messages where someone hurt you.
O4. listen to your favorite songs.
O5. watch funny videos on tumblr.
O6. take a break, don't let anyone stop you if you need one.
O7. rant about how you feel.
O8. eat some yummy food.
O9. be willing to realize you may have done something wrong.
1O. apologize // sometimes // even if you think you haven't done something wrong.
11. make new friends.
12. take a nap.
13. let it go, it may be hard, but just pretend nothing happened and try and forget about it.
14. talk to the person and be calm with them.
15. realize if people don't give you respect, they don't deserve to hurt you.
16. realize what people say about you isn't true, they're trying to bother you.

19. think of your favorite memories.
2O. call a friend irl.
21. cry, but only for a little bit.
22. think of all the things you're happy about - sleeping, your mom [ (; ], summer, etc.
23. have a fresh start, keep it a secret.
24. make a side account, but don't tell anyone its you.
25. don't talk to the people who make you upset.
26. spam your friends.
27. be forgiving.
28. don't hold grudges.
29. buy yourself something nice.
3O. go outside.
31. watch old tv shows like raven on youtube.
32. think of things you like about yourself, - your hair, your eye color, parts of your personality.
33. find a rolemodel that overcame a hard time and make them your inspiration.
34. set small goals for yourself to make you happy, - get 5OO followers, get at least 5O set likes, etc.
35. look at pictures of cute boys / girls.
36. think about the boy / girl you like.
37. watch a tv show you like that's kinda similar to what you're going through.
38. talk to someone, a family member, friend, guidance conselour, etc. it may be hard at first but it helps.
39. make peace with your enemies.
4O. take a shower or bath.
41. do something with your siblings.
42. get out of the house, away from your computer.
43. make a pretty set
44. watch glozell's challenges on youtube.
45. try to do a challenge and post it on youtube.
46. try to laugh without smiling, its funny.
47. let go of the past, but don't forget what it taught you.
48. get a massage.

5O. wipe your tears, hold your head up. you need to respect yourself or else no one else will think they have to.
